Argentinean TC2000

The global success story of Spiess Motorenbau GmbH also is demonstrated by the example Argentina. Just one year after having entered the Argentinean TC2000, the South American country's popular touring car championship, the title was won with a Spiess engine. Team Pro Competition and its driver, Christian Ledesma, prevailed with a Chevrolet Astra. And again, the champion's engine had been prepared in Ditzingen, by Spiess. Furthermore, third place in the championship also was secured by the cooperation of Argentinean team and German tuner.
