Formula 3
The most outstanding Spiess successes to date are celebrated
in Formula 3. All over the world, hundreds of race wins and championships were
secured with the engines prepared in Ditzingen. Hence, Spiess is one of the
international top addresses in the tuning business. Today, the new Spiess Motorenbau
GmbH plant building, located at the Dieselstrasse, is decorated with the dedications
and letters of thanks of numerous famous drivers. The most renowned driver who
secured the German Formula 3 Championship title, in 1990, was Formula 1's high-flyer
Michael Schumacher.
